Are you able to play tennis on a turning tennis table? Will your mother mollycoddle Mrs Morse’s daughter Mabel? Can you lick a lolly scramble like a lizard at a lake? Can you carry half a carton full of crunchy carrot cake? Did your sister get a blister from assisting Mr Morse? Or was it helping Harry hit a home run? Yes of course Can you stick a naked bunny in a cranny or a nook? Can you bring a bacon buttie and a bottle and a book? It’s on the tip of my tongue How do horses hear a hoodlum when they’re hurtling hell for leather? Why do weasels whistle wetly in the wild and windy weather? Did your father find a feather for the funky fashion show? Or did he force young Norman Morse to tell him where to go? Can you count the clucking chickens as they cackle in the clover After Mrs Morse’s Morris Minor nearly ran them over? Did you drink a drip of danger juice and drain the bottom drop? Can you eat the ears of elephants and never want to stop? It’s on the tip of my tongue Can someone tell the Morses that their dog is here for dinner That their cat has lost its confidence, their guinea pig is thinner? The Morses are our neighbours Mr, Mrs, Norman, Mabel And all of them play tennis on a turning tennis table It’s on the tip of my tongue

LISTEN TO ME 02:34
Woke up with a feeling I wanted to be rude I was mean to the aspidistra Stuck a fork into my food Coffee tasted evil Just like my coffee should I looked so bad and ugly But boy did I feel good I'm Mr Going Nowhere I'm Mr Know It All Listen to Me Went down to the corner Caught myself a bus Took up all the backseat There was no one I could trust Felt like causing trouble Pulling wings off flies Little kids were staring At me with both their eyes I'm Mr Going Nowhere I'm Mr Know It All Listen to Me Please, listen to me Listen to me Please listen to me Listen to Me People recognised me Got out of my way I steamrolled down the pavement Didn't stop to pay A big chip on my shoulder There's nothing on my mind I'm on my way to nowhere I feel like killing time I'm Mr Going Nowhere I'm Mr Know It All Listen to Me

DINGHY 02:55
Not a breath of wind Not a cloud in the sky Not a thing to think Not a passerby I’m in my dinghy … afloat I’m in my dinghy … a boat On a bluesome day On a lingering sigh On a seamless sea Rubber lullaby I’m in my dinghy … afloat I’m in my dinghy … a boat Calm blue ocean Deep blue sea There is nowhere I would rather be Let me drift away Let me swim on the tide Let me laze alone On the ocean wide I’m in my dinghy … afloat I’m in my dinghy … a boat

FINGERS 02:27
It wasn't me I'm as sweet as can be It was my fingers 2,3,4 Please understand They're on the end of my hand They are my fingers 2,3,4 Five times two Four plus one Thumb I didn't take It was all a mistake It was my fingers 2,3,4 Nobody saw But it's happened before It was my fingers 2,3,4 Five times two Four plus one Thumb Stealing things from private places Stealing things Let me explain It won't happen again It was my fingers 2,3,4 All skin and bone But I never leave home Without my fingers 2,3,4 Five times two Four plus one Thumb

Feet on the floor Feet on the floor Put down what you were doing before Stay in your chair Stay in your chair Don't move a muscle from here to there Open your ear Open your ear If you don't listen than you'll never hear

Fish are living in the trees Birds are swimming in the deep blue sea There's a place I know Not far from here I can show you if you want to go It's oh so near Follow your nose Follow your nose From your head To your toes Pigs are singing in the sky Bells are ringing but we don't know why There's a place I know Not far from here I can show you if you want to go It's oh so near Follow your nose Follow your nose From your head To your toes

Sea Swell to a giant storm Give up the greatest waves To wash and destroy the cities of our enemies Fire Rage and burn with such ferocity That the entire earth is flushed with fever Wind Blow into a thousand hurricanes That encircle the world creating chaos and tumult Thunder and lightning Sound the loudest rumbles throughout the skies Zig the sharpest zag across the paths of the planets
12.
NOT FRIEND 02:09
Not friend not now Not friend today I'm sick of playing with you Keep away When you leave please close the door I don't like you anymore I feel angry I feel mad When you're gone then I'll be glad Keep away

O the bigness of space And the wideness of forever Keeps me busy from morning to night The world's in a spin Can I be of assistance Making certain your orbit's alright Pulling strings Running rings around Saturn Mercury's rising in the sky Southern Cross hasn't lost its beauty I'm on duty with the stars and satellites O things get around When you're in the solar system Always turning all together on your own It's a strange kind of dance This planetary alignment But there's always a light on at home Pulling strings Running rings around Saturn Mercury's rising in the sky Southern Cross hasn't lost its beauty I'm on duty with the stars and satellites

about

DOGBREATH, the third album by FATCAT & FISHFACE, is a wild and wonderful musical adventure.

Songs range from the shower room to outer space; from a dinghy on the ocean to the backseat of a crowded bus. Tongue twisters, cheeky choruses and dogbreath ditties.
